WHO ARE WE?
Creed
SISTUHS, Incorporated is an organization for women that was established to foster the personal growth and development of African American women. We aim to encourage Strength, Initiative, Spirituality, Tenacity, Unity, Health, and Substance through community service, education, political activism, and the association of people. We aim to promote an environment amongst ourselves that is conducive to learning our history and the role that we have played in it. Thereby, providing a higher standard of dignity and pride amongst our Nubian Queens, Kings, and our entire community.
OUR PRINCIPLES
SERVICE
SCHOLARSHIP
SISTUHOOD
At Valdosta State University, SISTUHS has stepped up and impacted our campus with countless hours of service where it matters the most, In our community!  With our notable service events such as bi-weekly bingo with the elderly, book drives , and campus clean-ups for our younger community and much more. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support through our social media.
Here at Valdosta State University, scholarship in SISTUHS is important because it is the reason that we are here. We promote maximum effort within our educational endeavors so that we can reap a maximum return in any capacity. The goal is to excel in our studies while maintaining and networking within other great opportunities. With the scholarship, we hope to sustain the standard to the highest degree.
SISTUHOOD is the foundation of it all. It is the epitome of what drives us to uplift our community. We come together as one to build a bigger bond not only within the community but within our selves. Being able to elevate change and set new standards on campus is what makes us stronger. None of this would be possible without the strength and tenacity of each and every SISTUH  involved in doing what we know best. We plan on continuing to build this bond with more SISTUHS to come.
